Ronald Reagan appeared a few times in DC's 1986 miniseries Legends, as did George Bush. Here, the President of Teflon discusses matters with the Man of Steel, after Reagan responds to an anti-superhero crisis by prevented the vigilantes from using their power. It all turns out to be an evil plot, of course, and Reagan later recinds the order.
